At Sle1oo, we take tremendous pride in the exceptional quality of our teapot sets. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept refunds and product returns under the strict conditions outlined in this policy.

Eligibility Guidelines: To qualify for a return and subsequent refund, your item must be completely unused, undamaged, free of any stains or signs of wear, and in the exact condition that you received it. It must also be securely enclosed within its original product packaging, including all protective styrofoam, inserts, and accompanying accessories.

Process and Refunds: Prior to dispatching your package, you must notify service@sle1oo.com to request a formal return authorization. Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs, and we strongly advise utilizing a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked packages. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team, a full or partial refund will be credited back to your original payment method within a standard window of business days.
